WOOF&BREW Tonic Subscription

Our tonic subscription is a personalised subscription to one of our health focused herbal tonics for dogs.

The first bottle is at the introductory price of £1, follow on deliveries are sent out either bi-monthly, monthly, bi-weekly and weekly, depending on the weight of your dog.

For your convenience our tonics are packaged in flat recyclable HDPE bottles that will fit through all standard UK letterboxes. 

You will receive a confirmation email when you sign up which will include details of your plan and delivery schedule. By signing up to the subscription service you are agreeing to our terms and conditions as detailed on this page.

General Information

The price paid by you for the initial bottle is £1, this introductory price is limited to one per dog. Follow on bottles will be charged at £7.99 and will be sent out:

every 2 months for dogs up to 8 kilos

every 1 month for dogs 8 - 12 kilos

every 2 weeks for dogs 12 - 30 kilos

every 1 week for dogs above 30 kilos

This price will include delivery and VAT where appropriate.

Your subscription will remain in place unless cancelled. You can manage your future orders by either logging in to your account, emailing subscriptions@woofandbrew.com or calling us on 08000 30 50 75.

The Tonic Subscription may change over time in content, composition and specific feeding instructions for your dog based on specific factors (including, but not limited to, their age, breed, current medication and other feedback provided by you)

By joining the Tonic Subscription, you consent to receive communications from us both electronically and by phone. All information, disclosures, notices and agreements we communicate to you via email or via the website are considered in writing

By giving us your email address, phone number and purchasing products through us you consent to receiving communication directly from us. This communication can be directly related to your purchase or direct marketing from us

We care about the environment

HDPE (High Density Polyethylene) bottles are collected by 92% of councils. They are recycled into garden furniture, litter bins and pipes. New technology allows HDPE to be recycled into new milk bottles. 

Auto-Renewal and Subscription Policies.

Your initial payment will be taken when you sign up. Follow on shipments will be charged to the payment card we hold on your account. 


Your tonics will be dispatched 3 – 5 days before your next shipment is due to allow time for it to get to you. The following shipments will be dispatched at regular intervals (which is dependent on the plan that you are on)

Delayed, Lost or Damaged Shipments.

We will endeavour to ensure your delivery is with you in plenty of time – we cannot be held responsible for any delays that may occur which are out of our control. Please report missing or undelivered shipments by emailing subscriptions@woofandbrew.com or calling us on 08000 30 50 75. It is your responsibility to ensure that you provide us with your up to date address as we will not be held responsible for any deliveries that have been made to an incorrect address


Subscription Cancellations

You can cancel your order at any time by emailing subscriptions@woofandbrew.com or 08000 30 50 75. If you cancel your subscription and reactivate at a different time the price may be different than the price you were previously paying. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel subscription orders at our sole discretion. If we do this, you will only be charged for orders that have been shipped to you



We want you to be satisfied with the products you receive from us, if for any reason you are not satisfied, please call us within 5 working days of receiving the shipment for instructions on how to return. If a fault is agreed on our part, and/or refund agreed, we will endeavour to refund you within 7 business days. The refund will cover the cost of the item being returned
